No último dia 15 de março, o STATUS QUO disponibilizou The Early Years 1966-69, uma box com 5 CDs trazendo material anterior à banda (quando usavam o nome THE SPECTRES e TRAFFIC JAM) e revisitando os primeiros anos de formação, caracterizados por uma sonoridade que se difere daquele Boogie Rock comercial que a gente adora. 

Ao todo, são 107 faixas, dentre elas compactos, álbuns em versões mono e estéreo, lados B, versões demo, mixes alternativos, entrevistas e sessões da BBC, além de um encarte com 40 páginas de informações/imagens do acervo pessoal dos caras.

Se você não conhece essa fase da banda, essa caixa é um prato cheio pra conhecer.
